Passive Aggressive Behavior

!±8± Passive Aggressive Behavior

Passive aggressive behavior is just one type of personality disorder. It's some kind of aggression 'under cover' and in my opinion, you have to read about it first in order to recognize that kind of behavior or personality in your surrounding. When you are facing open aggression, you can simply fight back. This isn't case here. Most of passive aggressive people improved their strategies and methods to perfection.

So how can we recognize passive aggressive people? Passive aggressive people are very manipulative. They will do anything to gain your approval and retribution. Of course, they will lie and cheat to gain that.

They aren't able to show their anger in normal way almost never. Instead they are hiding it and sabotaging your tasks, activities... They are acting like they want to help and like they care, when in fact, they really don't. They want some kind of revenge, or they simply want to hurt you, physically or mentally - it really doesn't matter to them as long as they feel satisfied.

Their biggest fear is facing someone who will point out their personality, their wishes and their actions. They are afraid of themselves and they are hiding behind their personality disorder. That's why they are usually trying to establish some kind of relationship with their so-called 'victim'. Once they form a relationship, they start to accidentally forget things, appointments... They start to lie a lot.

Identifying passive aggressive men could be especially difficult. It's not easy because you can't tell for sure why someone made mistake. Maybe it was accidentally? But if you notice that same things are happening again and again all the time, I'd say that you've found passive-aggressor.

The biggest problems come out once you try to argue with them because of their inefficiency or procrastinating. They tend to fight back, but indirectly again and that makes it hard for you to respond.
